1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Mandatory: Unboxing Video Required
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide a full unboxing video showing the package being opened from the sealed state till the product is completely visible.
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item
- You initiate the return/exchange within 3 days of receiving the order
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The video must be unedited, uncut, and without filters
- Without this video, no claims for damage will be accepted
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Products damaged by the customer
3. Refund Process
- Email us at support@cometandcrystal.com within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear explanation of the issue
- The unboxing video as proof

If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
- Refunds exclude shipping and handling charges
- If applicable, allow 2 business days after receiving the returned product to begin processing the refund
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns
- We will ship a replacement product after verifying the returned item’s condition
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Note: Comet & Crystal reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
